中国企业社会责任发展中心是《WTO经济导刊》于2005年5月设立的，为促进企业实践社会责任、提高责任竞争力，实现企业和社会的和谐发展的专门机构。发展中心与欧洲企业社会责任协会（CSR EUROPE）、美国商务企业社会责任协会（BSR）、日本经济团体联合会/海外事业活动关联协议会（CBCC）、欧洲外贸协会（FTA）、社会责任国际（SAI）、美国人力资源管理协会（SHRM）等国际机构建立了紧密合作关系。自2005年起，先后在北京、上海、厦门、广州先后举办了多次企业社会责任国际会议，并出版了《责任竞争力－全球企业社会责任实践案例集》、《全球企业公民必读》、《企业社会责任行动指南》、《如何编制企业社会责任报告》等专著，中心专家多次出任欧盟、商务部、世界银行、中企联、中国消费者协会、国家电网、百事中国、中移动、中远集团等机构相关项目、会议的CSR专家。
The Golden Bee Development Center for Chinese CSR was established in May 2005 aiming to promote the CSR practice and improve the enterprises’ responsible competitiveness to achieve the harmonious development of the society and the enterprises. The center has build up close cooperation with the international CSR related organizations from Euorpe to USA to Janpan, including CSR Europe, Business for Social Responsibility(USA), Council for Better Corporate Citizenship (Japan),Foreign Trade Association (Europe), Social AccountAbility International （SAI）and Society for Human Resource Management (USA).Since 2005,the Center has organized several CSR forums/workshops in Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen and Guangzhou. The Center published several CSR books, including , , and . The CSR experts from the center have been involved in the CSR projects for different organizations, including EU, China Ministry of Commerce, World Bank, China Enterprises Confederation, China Customer Association, State Grip Corporation of China, Pepsi (China),China Mobile and COSCO etc.
